The magic of labels keeps your online conversations fresh, organized and up-to-date.

Labels | Wadja Doing?

A label is the online equivalent to a thought or category topic.

Labels are amazing, semantic, social building blocks that help users sift and sort through content within a particular topic area or “meme”, pulling out the things that make the most sense to consumers.
- Labels add structure to social media content.
- Labels turn social media content into engaging individual conversations and group discussions.
- Labels provide the building blocks for bi-directional group and one-to-one messaging.
- Wadja users can create, update and follow private or group label conversations.

Labels, the basics

If you are still a little confused about labels, and how they work, don’t panic, the best thing to do is just jump right in and create one for yourself.  Its quick and easy, and really fun. Oh and if you make a mistake, no problem, labels are disposable and recyclable at any time.

Creating a label is a simple 3 step process…

1. Think of something.

No really, think of something, anything that comes to mind.  It could be a place, person, hobby, celebrity, music group, event, job, gadget….well you get what I mean.  Just think of something that you are interested in.

2. Type that thought into the Label Creation Box.

3. Click the Create Label button, and that’s it!

Label Syntax

Throughout the conversation timeline and within the message compose forms, you will see the hashtag (#) syntax.  This hashtag (#) symbol before a keyword or phrase signifies a label feed.

To post a message to a specific label conversation, just add the hashtag (#) symbol before the label name in your compose form or email body.

Now you can do all kinds of amazing things with the label you just created like…
- Invite friends and contacts to follow your label
- Post a message or photo update to the label stream
- Update your Twitter and Foursquare accounts
- Bring in relevant information related to the label from Twitter, Youtube, Foursquare and more…
- Make your label open for all to see or private for only a chosen few guests
